Challenge: Replacing 2 legacy CPD platforms and streamlining the learning process

In an environment where doing CPD is seen as a pain to users it was important that we made the entire user journey as seamless as possible.
Due to time restraints we created a fully working desktop prototype in 2 weeks and were underway with development by the 4th week.
With 2 legacy platforms nearly 1 million old certificates were moved across through regeneration and synchronisation with the new CRM.
To reduce the amount of rework and testing we had continuous testing with the client and then a closed beta testing group. Enabling us to make agile changes early on and reduce the development time and costs.
