Challenge: Multiple branches operating autonomously with manual group management processes. To automate all processes, bring greater business information and increase staff efficiency.
Result: Utilising existing systems and processes several POC’s were created to create a business case to embark on a full digital transformation project.
The client had a vision to transform how traditional estate agencies management platforms works. To understand the scope and full requirements 5 unique proof of concept platforms were created to utilise the existing CRM.
From successful trials of the POC platforms a team of 3 dedicated developers set out across a 4 year road map to develop a fully bespoke platform that handles all business functions and fully integrated with their VOIP system (installed by our team of experts at Think Connect).
There was a 2 year go live delivery with an MVP which allowed for agile testing of the platform and all new modules.
There is a lot of secret automated business functions within this platform that we can’t talk about. But the real time data back to both management and vendors has been invaluable in transforming the business to stay ahead of the competition.
